This declassified Bandol rosé is a chilly weather dream. Flavors of Provençal herbs including rosemary and lavender with fresh grapefruit and strawberry. There’s a rush of acidity on the palate and a touch of saline and winter citrus to finish. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel. The label is a quirky little nod to the retro “license to sell” signs in France.
